Francesca brings over 27 years of extensive experience in the dental industry, starting in 1997. Her career began as a Dental Assistant, and her commitment to professional growth quickly propelled her into leadership roles. Francesca became a Regional Manager for a large dental corporation, where she oversaw four practices and more than 90 employees. This experience allowed her to develop a comprehensive understanding of the unique needs and challenges faced by dental practices and laboratories.

Building on her expertise, Francesca founded Dentech Direct, a premier dental recruiting and consulting agency dedicated to serving dental laboratories and practices across Canada & USA. With a strong foundation in both hands-on chairside experience and high-level management, Francesca’s vision for Dentech Direct was shaped through direct collaboration with dental professionals, including dental offices, laboratories, technicians, and auxiliaries.

With over 27 years of experience in the dental field, Francesca is committed to delivering exceptional services that address the evolving needs of the dental community. Her passion for business, along with a genuine desire to help others, was the driving force behind the creation of Dentech Direct.
